In a time when our sector has never been so understaffed, we pride ourselves on both attracting and retaining an exceptional team. Our team consists of 16 practitioners, three have a NVQ level 5, two have a NVQ level 4, nine have a NVQ level 3 and two have a NVQ level 2, all in childcare.
